I tried updating the display driver and that didn't work either. Screen resolution is set at 1024 x 768 and is 'greyed' out. I've already tried to restart my computer, however the problem still exists.

How can the answer be improved? I cannot change the screen resolution, my screen will not go to a full screen, please call me on Novem my home (207) 573-9392 after 8am to help me. However, many users reported that the screen resolution option is grayed out after they installed or upgraded to Windows 10. Just right-click on the Desktop - Display Settings- Advanced Display Settings, and you will see Screen Resolution settings with many resolution options to choose from. Usually, changing screen resolution is one of the easiest things to do for Windows users.
